Controlled By fear
Of being at a loss
Of life I hold dear
But at what cost?
Broken heart I insure
Not to loose A heart that once was pure
Many chances have been given
To a life forbidden
But at what cost?
Broken dreams I crave
Broken wings I bare
To secure a home and embrace
But at what cost?
Loneliness and sorrow I ride
To keep the secret I hide
But at what cost?
Days and years will pass
Without a glitch of the past
To keep you from seeing what I lost
I lost me!
At all costs!

Leave something for someone…
Leave something for someone…
never leave someone for something because in life something may leave you
but someone will always live with you.
never leave someone for something because in life something may leave you

Quote of the day
I need not fear my enemies because the most they can do is attack me. I need not fear my friends because the most they can do is betray me. But I have much to fear from people who are indifferent.

Simple 5 step to lose weight
Following these steps at your own pace will help you lose weight, get healthier and be ready for spring when those jackets come off!
1. Drink Up..!
You've heard it before: we should all be drinking at least 8-10 cups a day. But are you doing it?
Are you spacing your water out through the day?
Water will keep you filled up, energized and running efficiently. Lack of water can slow the metabolism and make you confuse thirst for hunger. If there's one step that's easy to make on the road to weight loss, it's to drink more water.
2. Move, Move, Move
We all know we should probably log more minutes on the treadmill or elliptical machine. But what about building more exercise into your daily life?
What about taking the stairs at work or at the mall? Or taking five minutes to dance to your favorite song? Every little bit helps with weight loss so get out there and move!
3. Eat Dessert
We love dessert. In fact, dessert is usually our favorite part of the meal. It's logical and natural to want something sweet to balance off that extra cheese lasagna or that chicken and broccoli casserole.
But what about having a bowl of sweet red strawberries instead of those brownies? What about sliced apples with cinnamon instead of chocolate chip cookies?
Look for ways to build in fruit for dessert instead of sugary snacks and you'll save a load of calories without feeling deprived of that sweet taste.
4. Cut Down Where You Can
Ok, so you don't want to deny yourself the cheesecake or your favorite burger. You have to eat that birthday cake or sample your Aunt Mathilda's famous chicken pot pie.
But do you really need to finish it?
Start cutting back on portion sizes now, not denying yourself, but doing what you can - and you'll find it makes a big difference calorie-wise in the long run.
5. Challenge Yourself
There are some days where the universe is with you. You can go without that chocolate bar, you can drinks lots of water and you actually want that salad for lunch.
Recognize these days for what they are - a chance to leap ahead in your weight loss goals and make up for the times you feel you've blown it.
Run with it for as long as you can. Challenge yourself to make the healthiest choices possible and soon you'll be feeling so good about these choices, you'll want to make more.
So there they are: 5 Steps Towards a Better Body. While you may not lose ten pounds in one week following these steps (on the other hand, you might...), they'll definitely get you started on the road to weight loss, without feeling deprived or hungry.

Experience the energy of god
God'. It is a loaded word which, for many people seems incomprehensible. This is unfortunate because there are so many personal experiences of direct encounters with the One who is the purest source of truth and love. If we attempt, as some do, to make our approach to the Source easier by making it an impersonal one, we deny ourselves the essential richness and nourishment of a personal relationship. When the meditator practices meditation with purely spiritual intentions they are aiming to enhance their own level of enlightenment and create a state of being that is open to receiving directly the light and love of the spiritual parent whom we all share. Contrary to some popular beliefs it does not take many lifetimes to master. However, it is an extremely personal and spiritually intimate relationship where the energy of God is directly felt.

Installing a husband
INSTALLING A HUSBAND
Dear Tech Support,
Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slow down in overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly underBoyfriend 5.0...
In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as NBA 5.0, NFL 3.0, Poker 1.5, and Golf 4.1.
Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system.
Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.
What can I do?
Signed,
Desperate!!!
DEAR DESPERATE!!!,
First, keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.
Please enter command: ithoughtyoulovedme.html, try to downloadTears 6.2, and do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update. If those applications work as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.
However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0, or Beer 6.1. Please note Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Farting and Snoring Loudly Beta.
Whatever you do, DO NOT under any circumstances install Mother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources.)
In addition, please do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend 5.0 program. This is an unsupported application and will crash Husband 1.0!!!
In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly... You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance. We recommend Cooking 3.0and Hot Lingerie 7.7.
Good Luck!
